Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website luminatemplates.com and any purchases made through it (the "Site"), operated by Lumen Future LLC, doing business as Lumina Templates ("Lumina Templates," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Products & Digital Delivery

Lumina Templates sells digital design templates for use with Canva ("Templates"). Templates are intangible digital goods delivered electronically — no physical product is shipped. Access is typically granted via a download or Canva template link sent to the email address provided at checkout, usually within minutes of a successful payment.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your full payment card details on our servers. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice (changes will not affect orders already completed).

4. License to Use Templates

Purchasing a Template grants you a license to use it as described in our License Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Templates are licensed, not sold — ownership and underlying intellectual property rights remain with Lumen Future LLC.

5. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing Templates as standalone products
• Claiming authorship of unmodified Templates as your own original design work for resale
• Uploading Templates to other template marketplaces or stock design sites
• Using the Site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe on third-party rights
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security features

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including Template previews, graphics, logos, and text, is owned by or licensed to Lumen Future LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that content to you except the limited license described in Section 4.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Templates are designed for use within Canva, a third-party design platform operated by Canva Pty Ltd. Lumina Templates is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Canva. Your use of Canva is subject to Canva's own terms of service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Templates are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumen Future LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Templates. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Lumen Future LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
