Template License Agreement

This License Agreement ("License") is between you ("Licensee") and Lumen Future LLC, doing business as Lumina Templates ("Licensor," "we," "us") and governs your use of the Canva design templates ("Templates") purchased on luminatemplates.com. By purchasing a Template, you agree to this License.

1. Grant of License

Subject to payment and compliance with this License, Lumina Templates grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Template you purchased to create derivative designs ("Your Designs") for the purposes permitted by the license type listed on the product page:

• Personal Use License: Use in Your Designs for personal, non-commercial projects only.
• Commercial Use License: Use in Your Designs for your own business or a single client's project, including designs you sell or use to market products/services.

2. What You May Do

• Customize the Template's text, colors, images, and layout within Canva
• Export and use Your Designs (made from the Template) in your own marketing, social media, print, or client work, consistent with your license type
• Use a purchased Template on multiple personal or business projects of your own

3. What You May Not Do

• Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the Template itself (in its original or lightly modified form) as a standalone digital product
• Upload the Template to any other template marketplace, stock site, or free/paid template directory
• Claim the original Template design as your own for the purpose of selling it as a template
• Use the Template in any way that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• Register trademarks based substantially on the Template's design

4. Ownership

Lumen Future LLC retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Templates. Purchasing a Template grants you a license to use it as described above — it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying design to you. You do own Your Designs (the customized output you create), subject to the restrictions in Section 3.

5. Third-Party Elements

Some Templates may reference or be built using elements available within Canva's own library (fonts, stock photos, icons). Your use of such elements remains subject to Canva's own content license terms, particularly if you do not hold the applicable Canva subscription tier.

6. Term & Termination

This License remains in effect unless terminated. We may terminate your License if you materially breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Template (though Your Designs already published prior to termination may remain in use).

7. No Warranty

Templates are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that a Template will meet every specific business need or be compatible with future changes to the Canva platform.
